The Hard Drive, a live performance series, providing paid opportunities for up-and-coming Black musicians to platform their talents in a professional setting. Alongside musicians, the series employs a fully Black production team as well as a fully Black live band.

This project aims to supports participants in expanding their professional experience, strengthening collaborative skills, and building sustainable creative careers, while intentionally circulating resources within the Black artistic community.
